In the last Update I stated Charlie Ward predicted that Tier 4 B would have funding by Mon. 8 Nov. 2021. Kat reminded me that came from a video of Charlie Ward she put up dated in 2020, not 2021. However, we may not be too far off on that Mon. 8 Nov. date. This morning another very high source told me that a Tier 3 Paymaster was expecting liquidity by either today Fri. 5 Nov., or Mon. 8 Nov.

According to MarkZ today Fri. 5 Nov. Bond payouts were still moving and Tier 4B notification to set appointments could come at any moment. Authorities in Iraq feel the earliest would be Sun. 7 Nov. Iraq has revalued in-country some time ago and will revalue their international rate on Sat. or Sun. 6, 7 Nov. The Iraqi Dinar will be trading internationally on Sun. night 7 Nov.

Church groups had funding by late evening Wed. 3 Nov. German Bonds were done and they were paying out the Dragon Bonds. The Zimbabwe Sheet Bonds (the highest in denomination) would be paid out on Sat. 6 Nov.

​

They don’t have to be finished with the bonds in order for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) to start.

​

Bruce’s Banker Contacts guessed that Tier 4B could be notified over the weekend, but more likely on Mon. 8 Nov.

Procedures: Bring your photo ID, Driver’s License, 2 utility bills showing your address. If you have a trust, bring it. If you have a project proposal bring it. You’ll go over this toward the end of your first meeting and set a second to be more thorough.

​

When you first arrive you’ll fill out a client information sheet, a “Non-Disclosure Agreement” and a “Rate Agreement.”

​

There is no negotiating on rates. Contract rates for projects will only be available for ZIM, IQD and VND. If you have projects, you’ll set up a 2nd appt.

​

Receipt for up to $10 M on debit cards will be provided. Currencies will be run through De la Rue, 1 at a time. Some currencies will be held till exchange is available for that currency, in a Multiple currency account, in its native form.

​

You can ask them for a laptop to use for banking purposes only, so you can monitor your accounts. You can request a wealth manager or use another of your choosing.

​

The biggest change is coming on the ZIM. You are NOT expected to run your projects but will provide oversight. Someone else may be managing your Project Dollars, coming from the ZIM, IQD and VND contract rate. You can contest this and here’s one option. If you desire full control, mention that you will work on your projects/project with a company like Ernst and Young. If you’ve never done it, you’re not able to prove the ability to manage a 1 T project. You can, however, provide oversight and direction and 100% control. The DoD don’t want to manage your projects. They want to know you’re wise and capable of discernment and sincere.

​

Only the ZIM are subject to structured payouts. The IQD, or the VND, may be put into a structured payout, if you negotiate a contract rate for projects.

​

The amount, the starting point after 2 each 100 Trillion ZIM Bond notes, the per 100T note will adjust down a small percent for each note you bring. It’s not 1:1 - USD: ZIM like we’d always heard. What the rate is and how much will be paid for the ZIM, we haven’t heard at this time.

​

You will leave with the debit card and it will still have 1% to 10% on it. 90% will be paid out proportionately over many years – up to 50 years.

​

If you’re 70 or older, payout will be immediate, and you’ll get slightly less than the walk-away rate.

​

Keep in mind that the project uniqueness you present determines if you get more for yourself.

​

Projects are to be presented before you leave the Redemption Center. Projects are to run up to 50 years. Multiple projects are to be approved or not on an individual basis.

​

Inside of plans will be personal areas of benefit – where you can take more $$ for you and your family. You may be part of the project hierarchy, collecting a salary, but unless you are qualified and approved, you will not have direct control.

​

When you go in to exchange/redeem, schedule a second meeting to present your projects and have the discussion with your team and get this issue ironed out. The reason for this coordinated effort is for one thing, there are a lot of times where people have the same idea, like “clean the ocean” and they will try and combine those people together, with the Team they assign to make sure it’s done.

​

We’re not certain whether or not this project control issue is only for the US. The issue is non-qualified people taking control of too much they’re unable to do.

​

You still will be able to request to try and manage your own projects. You’re going to have to hire the attorneys and team, to help you get this done. If you have enough currency, you can put it into a leveraged payout and coordinate your own projects. It’s not prohibited for you to do your own projects.

​

The DoD will only have oversight on the currency/bonds you exchange at a contract rate which only includes ZIM, IQD, VND. This is a function of their System at this moment and is subject to change.

​

You’ll have 45 minutes or so for your first meeting. Only when you’re sitting at the table can you get the definite, correct answer. This will be the same for everyone, most likely. Once the exchange/redemption starts these details will be clearly stated and the same across the board.

​

We will be in financial centers, possible inside the bank. The walk from your car to the location will be very secure. You’ll be fine.

K. Jan. 6 Patriot Defendants in the DC Jail Abuse, Praying Medic: Last night Thurs. 4 Nov. 2021

 

we toured the DC jail. My staff and I are writing a full report this morning on our 3+ hour long tour. I’ve never seen human suffering like I witnessed last night. While some were shown to us in seemingly beneficial programs, others were in tortuous lockdown. Some inmates were receiving continuing education classes, others were truly suffering from long stays in solitary confinement for “bad behavior.” I’ll never forget hearing their screams. This was in a different part of the jail, not the J6 part. Being alone surely is hell.

​

At what seemed the end of our tour as we were being led toward the exit, we had not seen the J6 defendants yet. I asked to see them & was told it was not part of my tour. I demanded to see them and would have gone scorched earth if I was not allowed and was making it known. Phone calls were made & permission was given. We then were taken to another section of the jail and entered the Patriot wing. I was greeted by men with overwhelming cheers who rushed out to meet me with tears streaming down their faces. They have felt forgotten & hopeless. It was like walking into a prisoner of war camp and seeing men who eyes can’t believe someone had made it in to see them. They are suffering greatly. Virtually no medical care, very poor food quality, and being put through re-education which most of them are rejecting. Our detailed report will outline everything we saw in every area of the jail we were allowed to see, on behalf of all inmates. I am committed to ending this political war and seeing that our justice system is never used against Americans as a political weapon ever again. I am also beginning a plan for real prison reform. Our nation is broken and our people are divided. It’s time to fix it.

The Grand Jury Charges that:

​

1. On or about July 31, 2016, the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") opened an investigation known as "Crossfire Hurricane" into whether individuals associated with the Donald J. Trump presidential campaign (the "Trump Campaign") were coordinating activities with the Russian government.

​

2. Beginning in or about July 2016 and continuing through December 2016, the FBI began receiving a series of reports from a former British government employee ("U.K. Person-1") that contained derogatory information on then-candidate Donald J. Trump ("Trump") concerning Trump's purported ties to Russia (the "Company Reports").

​

3. Earlier that year, a U.S.-based international law firm ("Law Firm-1"), acting as counsel to the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign (the "Clinton Campaign"), had retained a U.S.-based investigative firm ("U.S. Investigative Firm-1") to conduct research on Trump and his associates. In or about June 2016, U.S. Investigative Firm-1, in turn, retained U.K. Person-1, a Case 1:21-cr-00245-AJT Document 1 Filed 11/03/21 Page 1 of 39 Page ID# 1 former officer in a friendly foreign intelligence service ("Foreign Intelligence Service-1"), and his U.K.-based firm ("U.K Investigative Firm-l"), to investigate Trump's purported ties to Russia.

4. During the U.S. presidential election season and afterwards, U.K. Person-1 and employees of U.S. Investigative Firm-l provided the Company Reports to multiple media outlets and to U.S. government personnel.

​

5. The Company Reports played an important role in applications that FBI personnel prepared and submitted to obtain warrants pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ("FISA") targeting a United States citizen who had been an advisor to then-candidate Trump ("Advisor-1"). In connection with the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation and the later investigation by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III, the FBI relied substantially on the Company Reports in these FISA applications to assert probable cause that Advisor-1 was a witting agent of the Russian Federation.

​

6. The FBI obtained a total of four court-approved FISA applications targeting Advisor-1, which authorized intrusive electronic surveillance of Advisor-1 from in or about October 2016 through in or about September 2017. Each of the FISA applications set forth the FBI's assessment that Advisor-1 was a knowing agent of Russia and further alleged - based on the Company Reports - that Advisor-1 was part of a "well-coordinated conspiracy of co-operation" between Trump's campaign and the Russian government.

​

7. Over time, the FBI attempted to investigate, vet, and analyze the Company Reports but ultimately was not able to confirm or corroborate most of their substantive allegations.

​

8. In the context of these efforts, the FBI learned that U.K. Person-1 relied primarily on a U.S.-based Russian national, IGOR DANCHENKO ("DANCHENKO"), the defendant herein, to collect the information that ultimately formed the core of the allegations found in the Case 1:21-cr-00245-AJT Document 1 Filed 11/03/21 Page 2 of 39 Page ID# 2 Company Reports. From in or about January 2017 through in or about November 2017, and as part of its efforts to determine the truth or falsity of specific information in the Company Reports, the FBI conducted several interviews of DANCHENKO regarding, among other things, the information that DANCHENKO had provided to U.K. Person-1 (collectively, the "Interviews").

​

9. As alleged in further detail below, DANCHENKO lied to FBI agents during these Interviews.

​

10. First, DANCHENKO stated falsely that he had never communicated with a particular U.S.-based individual - who was a long-time participant in Democratic Party politics and was then an executive at U.S. public relations firm about any allegations contained in the Company Reports. In truth and in fact, and as DANCHENKO well knew, DANCHENKO sourced one or more specific allegations in the Company Reports anonymously to PR Executive-l.

​

11. PR Executive-I's role as a contributor of information to the Company Reports was highly relevant and material to the FBI's evaluation of those reports because

 

(a) PR Executive-l maintained pre-existing and ongoing relationships with numerous persons named or described in the Company Reports, including one of DANCHENKO's Russian sub-sources (detailed below),

 

(b) PR Executive-l maintained historical and ongoing involvement in Democratic politics, which bore upon PR Executive-l's reliability, motivations, and potential bias as a source of information for the Company Reports, and

 

(c) DANCHENKO gathered some of the information contained in the Company Reports at events in Moscow organized by PR Executive-l and others that DANCHENKO attended at PR Executive-l's invitation.

​

Indeed, and as alleged below, certain allegations that DANCHENKO provided to U.K. Person-1, and which appeared in the Company Case 1:21-cr-00245-AJT Document 1 Filed 11/03/21 Page 3 of 39 PageID# 3 Reports, mirrored and/or reflected information that PR Executive-] himself also had received through his own interactions with Russian nationals.

​

12. Second, DANCHENKO stated falsely during the Interviews, that, in or about late July 2016, he received an anonymous phone call from an individual who DANCHENKO believed to be a particular U.S. citizen and who was then president of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber President-1"). DANCHENKO also falsely stated that, during this phone call, (i) the person he believed to be Chamber President-1 informed him, in part, about information that the Company Reports later described as demonstrating a well-developed "conspiracy of cooperation" between the Trump Campaign and Russian officials, and (ii) DANCHENKO and the aforementioned person agreed to meet in New York. In truth and fact, and as DANCHENKO well knew, DANCHENKO never received such a phone call or such information from any person he believed to be Chamber President-1, and DANCEHNKO never made any arrangements to meet Chamber President-1 in New York. Rather, DANCHENKO fabricated these facts regarding Chamber President-1.

​

13. As alleged in further detail below, all of DANCHENKO's lies were material to the FBI because, among other reasons,

​

(1) the FBI's investigation of the Trump Campaign relied in large part on the Company Reports to obtain FISA warrants on Advisor-1,

​

(2) the FBI ultimately devoted substantial resources attempting to investigate and corroborate the allegations contained in the Company Reports, including the reliability of DANCHENKO's sub-sources; and

​

(3) the Company Reports, as well as information collected for the Reports by DANCHENKO, played a role in the FBI's investigative decisions and in sworn representations that the FBI made to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court throughout the relevant time period.
